The Daily Deck started back on August 23rd, and we now have 100 subscribers with a read rate of more than 60%. The main aim of this newsletter is to summarise financial news simply, with a particular focus on the Australian and New Zealand markets. The team has been happy with the buy-in we have received so far from both students and professionals. If you haven't yet subscribed, what are you waiting for???

The idea of this newsletter is not to dive deep into interest rates or provide financial advice. We are simply summarising financial news in a way that is quick and easy to read and can add value. We are here for the bankers and investors who are getting swamped by a live deal so they can still follow the news. The intern who wants to be on the top of their game. The university students that are cramming for exams or out partying so they can also prep for their interviews. The individuals who don't work in finance but want a short brief on what is happening in the markets. This is who we are here for!

It has been great to receive feedback from readers about how they have used our newsletter at work or in an interview and how their knowledge of the latest financial news helped them.

But this is just the start. We have some big plans for 2023. We have added two new features to this newsletter which will continue throughout the year. One of these is polls which we will be included in every edition. These will allow us to gain crucial feedback to ensure we are always improving. The next feature you will see is the Daily Picks section. This section will include a wide range of recommendations from the team. These will often be links to articles we think are worth a read if you have some spare time, but they will also include other recommendations. Some more new features that we are very excited about will also be debuting soon, so keep your eyes peeled for more news.

Additionally, we will have a much more significant presence on our Instagram account, and we look forward to connecting with you on this platform. If you're not following the account, go and give it a follow.

Please reach out if you are aligned with our vision and want to get involved in any capacity with the next stage of the Daily Deck.

Lastly, we just want to say a big thanks to you, our readers, for helping us to achieve what we have so far!!!
